Founded in 1983, Burmester & Vogel was built on a commitment to solve demurrage's persistent challenges. In 2019, Evangelos Efstathiou acquired the company, assembling a team of MIT graduates in Boston's innovation hub. Today, BV serves commodity traders, shipowners, and operators in 50+ countries across Dry Bulk and Oil & Gas sectors.
